Field Sales Executive - Fleet Fuelling SolutionLocated: LondonSalary: £32,500 plus a £150 signing bonus for each customer, and £100bonus for every new depot of existing customers.There is an opportunity for a discretionary bonus which is awarded atthe end of the year and based on the performance of the company.OTE: £40kBenefits: Company car, Laptop, PhoneRed chilli recruitment have an exciting and brand new opportunity for a highly experienced and driven Field Sales Executive / Account Manager with a strong background in B2B sales ideally within fleet solutions, fuel / energy, logistics sectorWorking for a major corporate brand you will represent, promote and grow their concept of greener, cleaner business fleet fuelling solutions within the London area.My client has already had huge success in the USA and parts of Europe, and since its introduction to the UK 2 years ago, has proven to be hugely successful in London and surrounding areas. Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand on their alreadyhighly successful sales team to attract a determined sales professional with a proven track record in field based sales coupled with long term account management.By fuelling fleets of vehicles at clients sites, opposed to issuing fuel cards, the client saves time, money and promotes productivity. The fuel itself is a cleaner alternative to diesel and offers substantially lower emissions.The role itself will involve identifying and targeting end users and using your experience to introduce the concept and close the deal! You will be field based and comfortable researching your own leads, alongside "warm" opportunities, before walking into client sites and promoting the concept. It may take several weeks or even months for the deal to be concluded due to the details associated with the service and therefore perseverance and dedication are key. An entrepreneurial spirit is essential, treatingyour client base as if it were your own business and sometimes working above and beyond a 9-5pm day to secure the deal.Analytics and presentation of calculations is absolutely essential to this role. By taking existing facts and figures relating to current fuel expenditure, an integral part of you role will be to use mathematical equations to present a model of a solutionto the client that enables them to promote a greener fleet and reduce their carbon footprint in a way that may initially appear more costly, but will save them money in the longer term and add valueOnce the deal is secured, the job doesnt end! You will be on hand to help resolve any logistical and operational issues and maintain a life long relationship with your client. This is very much a 360 role that asks you to create initial leads, cold call,develop relationships, close the deal and account manage. At the same time, the service you are promoting is highly saleable, highly relevant and highly futureproof!You MUST have a passion for helping companies reduce their carbon footprint, work towards 2030 deadlines and ultimately help save the planet!There is a basic salary on offer of £32.5k and an additional bonus scheme (OTE £40k)You will be provided with a laptop, phone, company vehicle etcYou will ideally be located in West London due to the concentration of business in this area but the role will involve travel across London in generalThis is a full time role offered on ongoing contract (paye)This is an exciting opportunity with a globally recognised brand and a concept that is future proof by promoting cleaner energy solutions.
