Job Description

Sales DirectorSales Director/ Location: London / UK Salary: £100K-£140K base (Double OTE + Benefits) Your new company:This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Director of sales to become an integral part of a global fintech company. The client are leaders who provide analytics products within the financial sector.For the role, you will be leading and executing sales in their AI analytics platform (SAAS). As a result plans self-initiative to formulate a market analysis of customer needs and formulating new strategies that will help gain and nature new clients. Similarly,the position will support continued business expansion, working closely in a vertical team helping to grow and mantain the company.Responsibilities:

  • Formulate a strategic sales plan to serve as road map for market developement.
  • Managing pipeline and sales updates effectively.
  • Increase revenue by exceeding sales objectives.
  • Passion to understand customer needs and effective communication to the central management.
  • Negotiation skills to navigate within C-level discussion.
  • Managing complex sales cycles with stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of over achieving against sale targets.
Experience Required:
  • Software sales experience.
  • 10 years experience of selling complex technology in fraud, analytics, data analytics.
  • Experience with the following enterprise technologies: Machine learning or AI
Education: A Bachelors Degree or comparable business experience.Benefits:
