About the Company:This thriving London-based startup is currently on the lookout for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a pivotal role in its expanding sales function. Joining this dynamic team means becoming part of a group that values each persons role in driving thecompanys success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand the client base, focusing on enterprise and corporate accounts.
  • Grow the pipeline strategically within the top 200 target customers.
  • Present company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the revenue team (Sales, Marketing, Partners, and Presales).
  • Build a credible pipeline, actively forecasting with tools like HubSpot and Asana.
  • Work collaboratively with partners to fulfill and enable deals.
  • Contribute to a competitive, proactive sales function that values each team member.
Requirements:
  • Proven success in inside sales, Sales Development, or Business Development.
  • Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Cultural fit: Customer-focused, Competitive, Coachable, with a Challenger Mentality.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Sales tools (HubSpot, Slack, G-Suite, Asana, etc.).
  • Collaboration skills to build relationships with Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
  • Experience working with partners and alliances.
  • Challenger sales mentality, with a genuine desire to understand and add value.
  • Knowledge of the Cloud Native landscape, Continuous Integration, Kubernetes, etc.
High-Level Requirements:
  • Proven success in Enterprise Tech Sales as an SDR or Inside Sales.
  • Cultural fit: likable, competitive, coachable, resilient.
  • Understanding of the importance of Sales Hygiene in tools like HubSpot.
  • Goal-oriented, comfortable with cold calling, and engaging with new prospects.
