This role will allow you to work as part of the sales conveyance process with particular emphasis on assisting customers through the sales process. You will monitor our sales performance whilst being a point of contact for our Construction Project Managers and our internal/external legal teams.You will maintain our sales database and be adept at producing monitoring information for internal reports and committees.You will check and prepare leases for signature, be a POC for our Construction Project Managers to monitor completion dates. This is a varied role where you will be collaborating with several teams including our Neighbourhood Management team to ensure service charges, ground rent and lease arrangements are managed.You will have a can-do attitude whilst being a self-starter and team worker having the ability to meet deadlines and plan and deliver a range of different activities.You will have strong communication skills including verbal and written skills, sufficient to write reports and analyse information.This is an exciting role where you will have the chance to make a valuable contribution, if you feel you can add value to our team, please apply now!Rewards and BenefitsWe’re committed to making Network a really great place to work.
