Sales Assistant | Salary£24,000 - £26,000 FTE, pro rata for part-time staff | Stamford Bridge | Permanent, Full-Time (40 hours) and Part-Time (between 4-24 hours)Join our team as a Sales Assistant We are in search of Sales Assistants to contribute to the outstanding visual presentation of Chelsea Football Club merchandise and deliver exceptional customer service. Your role includes guiding guests, processing purchases, and maintaining shop floors.Additionally, you will handle stock replenishments, shipping/receiving orders, and implement proactive measures to prevent stock loss.Sales Assistant Benefits:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service and/or Retail.
  • Passion for Chelsea and/or a love for sports.
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
  • Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Availability for shift work, including weekends/matchdays.
Desirable skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
  • Proven experience in multitasking within a fast-paced setting.
  • Effective collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.
