A friendly and well-established independent central and east London estate agency is looking for a junior sales negotiator to work in its Shoreditch office. You will be part of a small residential team selling high-quality apartments and houses, includingnew homes.Whilst some previous experience in an estate agency is desirable, this is not essential. You will, however need to have a keen interest in property and effective communication skills, including a good telephone manner. You will also need to be self-motivatedand able to work independently and in an organised manner.The role offers great earning potential with an OTE of up to £40,000 - £50,000.About the RoleDay-to-day tasks include dealing with phone and email enquiries, arranging and carrying out viewings, and agreeing on sales.
