Job Description

Dove and Hawk are recruiting for an established multi-branch estate agency looking for a Sales and Lettings Negotiator for their office based in South East London. Duties:

  • The day-to-day management of tenants, which will include qualifying applicants for properties, generating viewings and obtaining lets on properties
  • Conducting viewings with prospective purchasers and tenants and following up on feedback from these
  • Maintaining records on our internal database
  • Increasing growth of the lettings business
  • Negotiating the terms of tenancies with landlords and tenants
What we are looking for in you
  • Previous experience in a residential sales or lettings position
  • Professional with great customer service
  • Confident and able to quickly build rapport
  • Driving licence (Required)
