Sales Administrator/Project Coordinator - Product Manufacturer£28,000 - £32,000 + bonus, pension - Office based Central London Our client, an expanding designer and manufacturer of electrical solutions, is seeking an outgoing, dynamic individual to support the growing sales division that focus their time on projects for major international applications.Your responsibilities will include liaising between the outside sales force and other functional areas of the company to ensure projects are well-managed throughout the entire pre-sales process, from lighting specification to sales order entry; ensure that all projects are registered in the CRM, and all supporting documents are complete, current and stored appropriately; prepare and deliver timely and accurate quotations; follow up on project quotations, document results, and keep the sales team informed of project status; receive, review and process orders in the ERP system and demonstrate strong technical and product knowledge as well as a commitment to continuously improving customer and sales support skills.You should be a proven self-starter with experience of being able to work independently, juggling and prioritizing across workloads and consistently meeting deadlines; strong academic record ; ability to build effective relationships both internal or external stakeholders, e.g. sales, finance, operations, marketing. You should have drive, be hungry to succeed within a fast growing business, experienced within a similar role working for a product manufacturer, able to pick up technical details.
