Sage X3 Technical Support - 100 % Remote working - £35,000 - £55,000 Excellent BenefitsAs this role is remote working you can be based in United Kingdom, Ireland, or EuropeSage X3 Technical Support Consultant opportunity for a global business.As a Sage X3 Technical Support consultant you will be working 100% remote and your base can be in UK, Ireland or Europe.Our client who are a global business with offices all over the world, are looking for an experienced Sage X3 Technical Support Consultant to join them due to growth. Our client is offering a highly competitive salar and a corporate benfits package and excellent training budget.Your responsibilities as an experienced Sage X3 Technical Support consultant you will need to have a mix/matrch of th eskills and responsibilities belowKey Responsibilities I

  • Strong technical knowledge of ERP systems (Sage X3) Finance Distribution (sales, purchase order and works order processing)
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve issues with Sage X3 ERP systems Provide training and support to end users Log calls in the companys tracking system and provide updates to users Import, export, and update data in Sage ERP systems
  • Amend user profiles, security, and access rights Test and implement system changes including reports, requestors, and screen changes
  • Update documentation of business processes and user guides.
  • Provide support to Sage X3 ERP projects Follow department policies and procedures
  • Share of knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Data import/export and integration with third-party systems Batch jobs and tasks
  • Strong technical knowledge of database systems (SQL) SQL queries and update
