Job Description

Your opportunityThis is an exciting and unique opportunity for someone with strong technical skills who cares about making sure services are running smoothly and are meeting the business needs. Your role The role will be responsible for the continuous management, support and maintenance of our Robotic Automation Platforms (AA/UiPath/BP). The candidate should have experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team, familiar with standard operational tooling and be capable of being hands on with the RPA platforms and services. They will be expected to have good interpersonal skills; able to interface with technical colleagues, wider operations teams and business users. Responsibilities: • Play a key role in transitioning our existing on-prem RPA instances to our (AWS/Azure) public cloud environment • Act as 3rd level support for our RPA services, triaging issues and working with business owners, developers, operational teams or vendors to resolve. • Ensures the day to day smooth running and administration and monitoring of the platforms • Engage with business users to understand current issues, changes and improvements. Work pattern: This is a permanent, full time contract opportunity. Standard working hours apply with occasional out of hours cover, however we encourage careful consideration of agile ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. Your professional experienceEssential • Strong Experience of Windows Systems Administration • Experience of installation, administration, upgrade and support of business applications. • Excellent understanding of common IT infrastructure, application, networking and database concepts • Experience working with Azure, IaaS, SaaS, PaaS etc • Windows Server 2012+, Active Directory (AD), Hyper-V etc • Creating Systems & Infrastructure Diagrams, SOWs, HLD, LLDs • Ability to document clearly and concisely Desirable • Hands-on RPA platform management experience (preferably Automation Anywhere, UIPath or BluePrism) • Ability to self-manage, self-motivate and quickly learn-as-you-go new systems or technologies • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams across different technology stacks • Able to collaborate with others and navigate hierarchies to get things done • Understanding of public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and virtualized infrastructure • Excellent grasp of IT security principles and best practice risk approaches • Understanding of Load Balancing technologies and principles • Sound understanding of Networks • Sound understanding of ITIL framework (particularly change management) • Sound understanding MS (Azure) Active Directory, Identity and access management, working in privilege access model. • Sees problems as challenges to overcome with a desire to learn and develop skills Your service line: Enabling Functions At Deloitte, were all about making an impact that matters, together.
