Our client, a Leading Global Asset Management firm based in the City are urgently recruiting for an experienced RFP Writer to join their Business Development/Marketing team on a fixed term contract of 6 months.This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious organisation to build upon your current skills which ideally, is a minimum of 2 years experience as an RFP Writer within Asset Management. You will take responsibility for the entire process of answeringRFPs and RFIs. Working closely with the Business Development Team in the Marketing Department, you will be supporting them in the new business acquisitions, collaborating with investment teams as well as sales and various stakeholder units throughout thebusiness. The BDS team is responsible for driving the sales efforts in the initial and crucial stage of new business acquisitions and to ultimately, help realise the firms revenue targets through completion of RFPs/RFIs. It is also responsible for respondingto existing clients due diligence questionnaires.Do you have in depth knowledge of the Asset Management industry with a minimum of 2 years experience of RFP Writing along with a full understanding of fixed income and equity investments - this is a pre-requisite!You must also be conversant with Qvidian (RFP Database) and have the ability to maintain and refresh information as necessary. Fast and accurate input is a necessity!Skills Required:*Educated to degree standard, strong academic background*Hold a minimum of 2 years experience within the asset management industry*Ability to handle multiple tasks and products at any one time whilst maintaining attention to detail*Understanding of equity, fixed income asset classes and investment processes*Strong organisational and analytical skills*Excellent clear written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills that means you automatically become part of the team*IMC - DesirableYou will have full support along the way and an opportunity to join a firm who will help you maximise your full potential and take you on to the next level.Sounds great, doesnt it!
