Job Description

RFP WriterPermanentLondon£40,000 - £50,000Large prestigious Asset Management company are looking for a bright and upbeat RFP Writer to join their vibrant in house marketing team. This is a new permanent position paying up to £50,000 per annum plus a host of other perks, benefits and generous annual bonus!The primary purposes of this new permanent RFP Writer role are:

  • To complete Asset Management-related RFPs / DDQs /RFIs
  • Provide sales support for all fund and company related information requests
  • Maintain RFP Database and other RFP platforms
  • Create value add information that provides knowledge and enacts positive change
    • Other core responsibilities would include:Preparing RFPs, DDQs and other external information requests by:
  • Co-ordinating with the sales teams on content, context, nuances, deadlines and client needs
  • Manage, build and grow stakeholder relationships, including the confidence to enhance existing processes
  • Liaising with all company departments to complete and help peer review RFPs and DDQs
  • Build and maintain product and strategy knowledge across alpha capabilities
    • The business are looking for a highly personable, well organised and detail orientated person, who is a great communicator, conscientious and driven.In order to qualify for this great new permanent opportunity you would require the following skills and knowledge:At least 1 years’ experience of asset management RFP writing
  • Knowledge of institutional client principles, demands and best practice content
  • Aware of best practice on RFP submission and business best deadlines
  • Knowledge of RFP databases and external RFP applications
  • Very good understanding of financial markets and products
  • Able to actively engage with key stakeholders in the business
  • Excellent organisation skills and deadline focused approach
  • Proficient in MS Office
