Role Description To produce high-quality requests for information (RFIs) and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), (within Qvidian), for prospective clients and ongoing clients of the firm. Effective management of established RFP process from inceptionthrough to delivery ensuring initiatives deadlines are met. Use and support the maintenance of content on the RFP/RFI content database with all new or improved content Working with a range of busines stakeholders within investment teams, finance, operations,marketing and HR to ensure accuracy of responses Responsibility for ensuring accuracy and integrity of information presented on t databases, including working with business development teams to ensure appropriate products and content are consistently and accuratelyrepresented Following and adhering to compliance proceedures, getting the relevant approval before submission to clients. Production of MI for reporting purposes. Specilist Knowledge Strong experience within RFP, RFI or DDQ within an investment firm. Goodlevel of investment knowledge across a broad range of investment products Familiarity with investment management operations and back-office systems Writing skills that enable the individual to represent the capabilities of the brand Experience in contributingto the acquisition of winning new business in a range of markets Strong communication and organisational skills and the ability to confidently interact with colleagues Commitment to quality and attention to detail Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure,ability to multi-task
