This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivitywhilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.BackgroundThis position serves as a crucial subject matter expert on compensation within the business and sits within the wider HR department. You will help develop and implement the total reward strategy, ensuring alignment with the organisational strategy and coherencewith the overall employee proposition. You will be responsible for developing competitive and innovative reward strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent within our company.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of the annual compensation planning process, including salary reviews, bonus calculations and equity grants.
  • Co-ordinate the annual compensation benchmarking review, analysis of results and modeling of relevant data to support annual bonus and salary review process.
  • Conduct regular data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and competitiveness of our existing compensation offering.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior management/Board based on analytics and market trends.
  • Work with HRBPs, line managers, senior staff to assist with new hire proposals, employee retention and engagement.
  • Reviewing and disseminating reward related market intelligence, trends and best practice across the local markets.
RemCo:
  • Good understanding and knowledge of UK listed RemCo structure and framework.
  • Develop concise and impactful RemCo materials including relevant analysis and stakeholder input.
Regulations:
  • Ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory obligations in terms of remuneration policies, procedures and governance.
  • Delivering the annual identification of MRT/Identified Staff and ongoing supervision of regulated companies in respect of UCITS/AIFMD/IFPR.
  • Preparation of the annual remuneration policy statements, year-end regulatory submissions, and pillar 3 disclosures.
  • Ensure compliance with UK legal requirements, including equal pay and pay equity.
Directors Remuneration Report:
  • Knowledge of UK listed company reporting and experience in preparation of data in relation to the Directors Remuneration Report.

Share Schemes:
  • Manage and oversee the design and implementation of global incentive plans that support the company strategy.
  • Day-to-day administration of UK SAYE and SIP schemes including providing monthly data updates, payroll information, managing the annual award and vesting processes and reporting to HMRC.
  • Managing the global award processes including grants, exercises, lapses, dividend adjustments and provision of relevant information to payroll.
  • Assist Finance with financial reporting and hedging of awards, and the Company Secretarial department regarding any market announcements.
Desired Skills / Experience
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation principles, methodologies and best practice.
  • Highly numerate, strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and interpret complex data and market trends.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), collaboration and interpersonal skills to be able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to manage a calendar of activity and pro-actively drive the reward agenda.
  • Proficient in HRIS and compensation/equity management software (Workday, Payscale, Shareworks).
