Job Description

Job Summary

  • Coordinate the update of the Groups remuneration-related policies and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and expectations as part of regular reviews of variable compensation plans and fixed pay components. Support the productionof remuneration-related regulatory submissions and the preparation and review of regulatory reporting data tables.
  • Support the Reward Governance team in relation to preparation for Board and Group Committees, setting agendas, preparation & approval schedules, managing timelines and logistics, drafting papers, supporting the effective execution of the Remuneration Committee,Group Reward Plan Committee, Remuneration Adjustment Committee and any other committees as necessary.
  • Maintain team planner, forward agendas and liaison with the office of the Company Secretary and other stakeholders.
  • Support the maintenance of our governance framework for incentives and other aspects of remuneration that is efficient, effective and agile by executing updates to policies, standards, guidelines, detailed operating instructions and communication templatesas required. Support and execute Group-wide conformance testing, monitoring and reporting to provide assurance that Group-wide policies and processes are being followed.
  • Responsible for the effective communication of the Groups policies and processes through Group communication channels including the Bridge, SharePoint and AskHR, ensuring documentation such as terms of reference, policies and guidelines are kept up todate

  • Awareness and understanding of the strategy of the Group and its subsidiaries and model appropriate to the role.

  • Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment in which the Group and its subsidiaries operates.
Governance
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Other Responsibilities
  • Embed Here for good and Groups brand and values in Executive Compensation and Reward Governance.
  • Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures.
  • Support the Global Head, Performance, Reward and Benefits, and the Head, Executive Compensation & Reward Governance with all aspects of reward as required.
  • Monitor market intelligence on competitor activity and industry best practice.
Qualifications No specific qualifications needed but previous experience working in Reward essential. Experience working in Financial Services industry and knowledge of PRA Rulebook, SM&CR and other associated regulations preferred. Role Specific Technical Competencies
