Job Description

They provide a collaborative, diverse and inclusive working environmentthat values client service and their people.Their Reward & Employment team has continued to grow throughout these turbulent times and the team are now looking to further build on their Rewards expertise and looking for a Manager.The ideal candidate will have experience working in transactions.The team is currently spread across London and Glasgow and has developed into a close knit and supportive group who are committed to delivering exceptional client services.The team advises a wide range of clients on all aspects of employee remuneration from a tax perspective.Below are some key areas;

  • designing and implementing share and cash-based management incentive plans,
  • advising on management structuring on M&A and restructuring transactions including carried interest arrangements,
  • due diligence on transactions,
  • assisting clients with compliance and reporting requirements,
  • undertaking employee communications,
  • advising on cross boarder issues relating to share-based remuneration
This role will be varied and key responsibilities will include identifying and winning new work opportunities, delivery of work to high standard, meeting tight deadlines and investing time in developing junior members of the team.
