Job Description

Role OverviewWe have a fantastic opportunity to join our People & Development team as a Reward Analyst. So if you are a a great communicator with excellent relationship management skills who is looking for a role where you will demonstrate your skills, knowledge and experience- this position might be for you!In this role, reporting to Reward Proposition Lead, you willsupport the implementation of Nest’s evolving Reward Proposition aimed to foster the recruitment and retention of high quality and talented colleagues. The role is specifically focused on benchmarkingour salaries and benefits to assist Nest being market competitive and attractive to colleagues and potential colleagues whilst balancing our affordability and representing value for money.In addition, there may be a requirement to lead on small projects such as a job sizing and or benefits relaunches, or launching new benefits as the reward proposition evolves.The initial contract will be Fixed Term for 6 months with a possibility of extension to 12 months.To be successful in this positions you will have the following skills, competencies and experience:

  • Pay and benefits benchmarking for a medium organisation or being part of a team doing this in a large organisation.
  • Job evaluation/sizing experience.
  • Working in a technical specialist reward role with ability to understand and analyse data and produce forecast modelling.
  • Using reward interventions to support overall business objectives.
  • Good Excel skills.
