Our Work & Rewards GFS practice includes over35 professionals and partners with all facets of our Work & Reward business in order to promote and manage our initiatives focused on the financial services industry.The RoleAs an Associate Director in GFS, you will collaborate and work alongside Willis Towers Watsons market and thought leaders to grow our financial services market share with a focus on Capital Markets businesses as well with firms in the FTSE 100 and 250 indicesalso with privately-held companies. You will work directly with managers and executive leadership of large firms to evaluate and develop compensation and reward strategies that facilitate achievement of business and human capital strategies. You will continueto build your technical knowledge and skills and manage consulting projects while providing input to senior colleagues and overseeing and quality-reviewing analysts work.In addition, you will partner with internal colleaguesincluding analysts, other consultants and technical experts.Working with other colleagues, you will also participate in and contribute to activities that support continued revenue growth of the Work & Rewards line of business and Willis Towers Watson overall. As an Associate Director, such participation may includeparticipation in local, regional and/or national marketing events, performing industry/topical research and developing intellectual capital, participating in our firms industry and/or topical teams, etc.You will be working with the largest global banks on a wide range of Reward projects.
