Package£40,000 p.a. plus bonus schemeMonday to Friday - Office hours between 8am to 6pmWhy choose our ClientThis an exciting opportunity, for a Revenue Manager to join a well-established company offering great benefits and work-life balance whilst having the support in the development of your career.Whats involvedAs Revenue Manager you will be responsible for implementing effective strategies and tactics to optimise revenue across all revenue streams, ensuring financial success for the business. Reporting to the General Manager you will be expected to analyse markettrends, competitor pricing and collaborate with the sales & marketing team, to develop pricing models that maximise revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction. Also you will need to maintain and manage the CRM, PMS plus 3rd party online systems to ensureaccurate use of availability.Prior experience as a Revenue Supervisor or Reservations Manager within hospitality is desired and with an in-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, demand forecasting and market analysis. Also, experience of using Opera PMS, RMS, or/and SiteMinder is preferredplus a strong analytical mindset with excellent problem solving skills.
