Job Description

A specialist legal firm is searching for a Revenue Control Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Accounts Supervisor, the Revenue Control Assistant will be responsible for providing an accurate. Efficient and timely accountingand cashiering service to the firm.Main ResponsibilitiesWith direction from the Revenue Controllers

  • Submission of e-bills through client specified vendors and ensuring an accurate record of progress
  • Liaising with Partners and Fee Earners with appeals for submission on e-billing packages
  • Ensuring deadlines are met in relation to appeals
  • Assisting with credit control functions as required.
  • Assisting with raising bills, write-off time and disbursements and to close files and ensure instructions are carried out.
  • Allocating VAT as applicable
