Job Description

Retail & Commercial AdministratorFull-time, PermanentDivision: Operations and Commercial TeamsLocation: Battersea Power StationSalary: £28,000 - £32,000_____________________________________________________________Our client is the worlds leading property management company with expertise spanning the globe, with 600 offices across the USA, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. They are currently gearing up for a huge launch of a landmark commercial/retailproject that the successful candidate will play a key role in the opening of.Right now, they are seeking to hire a Retail and Commercial Administrator who will report to the Senior Retail and Commercial Manager and work alongside the Operations and Commercial Teams to deliver exceptional, consistent service to both the current andpotential brand partners and customers of the site team. This would suit someone who is excited by the opportunity to manage a small number of brand partner relationships directly.This area of responsibility will give the candidate excellent exposure to supporting the creation of brand partner communications.This is a super collaborative role to ensure consistency across the company. They will act as an ambassador for the business, whether face to face, in writing, or by telephone to residents, visitors, and contractors at all times.Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors to the building in a courteous and helpful manner.
  • Taking inbound phone calls, redirecting, or taking messages as required.
  • Responding to brand partners and customer queries promptly by telephone, email, and in person.
  • Supporting the creation of brand partner communications.
  • Assisting the Retail and Commercial Team with Occupier / Customer event planning, management, and execution.
  • Assisting the Retail and Commercial Team in gathering and collating marketing materials
  • Assisting Retail and Commercial Team with creating and conducting Occupier / Customer surveys.
  • Co-managed the help desk email account with the Operations Assistant.
  • Attend and minute meetings as required.
  • Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date brand partner key contacts database.
  • Coordinate and raise purchase orders and process invoices.
  • Main reception duties as required.
  • Weekly sales reporting gathering.
  • Managing a small number of brand partner relationships directly.
  • Collation of trade report information from the wider retail team.
  • Managing permit request information.
  • Support the operations team with waste management, security, delivery, and relevant other communications to brand partners.
  • Supporting lease compliance and escalating to the relevant teams where necessary.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
Attributes required:

  • Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Previous administration experience
Desirable experience
  • Good understanding of retail, leisure, and Food & Beverage sector
