To pass on your skills and experience in a way that helps the next generation of talent to not only do a great job but build a career. And to do it in a way that also gives youa more flexible way of working, supported career development and the qualifications your experience deserves.What will you be doingWorking with learners at their place of work, in most cases for big retail brands, youll deliver the apprenticeship standard. That includes providing the support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications. Youll alsohelp them to achieve transferable skills (in Maths and English) if needed, managing your own admin along the way.What will you bring to the roleIts most likely youve got good experience of working in retail at management or supervisor level. Qualifications arent as important as understanding and aptitude: we can help you transform your experience into the skills you need for coaching.In general, what were also looking for are:

  • Experience of working in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
  • Strong communication and self-motivation skills
  • GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
  • Experience of working autonomously

Join us with at least a level 3 teaching qualification and youll start on £26,500. If you dont have a teaching qualification, youll start on £25,500 rising to £26,500 on completion of the Level 4 Assessor Coach apprenticeship.Youll also work flexibly, from home and out in the field, giving you the opportunity to fully support learners while enjoying a good work/life balance.
