You will be given full training and will be supporting a team a very busy consultants withinall areas of the professional services market. The main duties of the role will be: Pro-actively resourcing for candidates. Managing candidate availability. Generating leads for the recruiters. Referencing candidates. Updating the database with new candidates clients and jobs Coordinating interviews with both candidates and clients. Advertising vacancies on to all available job boards. Helping to build a pipeline of top new candidates to register. Sending out invitation to register messages. Collecting competitor information. Helping to produce pricing documents. Checking client websites for new vacancies being advertised. Suggesting process improvements.
