Job Description

My client a medical recruitment company is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer, paying up to £23,000 plus benefits, to join their fast paced and rapidly growing team.The role will be supporting on a very high- profile project assisting with the resourcing, identifying and the placing of clinically qualified and compliant candidates throughout the UK.Please note this is a full remote working role, but you will be required to travel to the office for team meetings etc. Responsibilities include the following:

  • Assist with the end-to-end recruitment services for the placement of clinically qualified and compliant candidates.
  • Build and maintain a proactive and professional relationship with all clients to ensure the recruitment process is delivered efficiently.
  • Source, qualify and register new candidates in-line with market requirements.
  • Continually manage and maximise the utilisation of an existing pool of compliant candidates ensuring there are booked for upcoming clients staffing requirements.
  • Discuss suitable vacancies/bookings with candidates assessing their commitment to the clients requirements including compliance and assignment duration.
  • Coordinate the candidate introduction, recruitment and confirmation for a vacancy/booking.
  • Contact confirmed candidates to advise them of assignment details and confirm their commitment to provide any outstanding compliance requirements by the start date of the booking.
  • Escalate any non-compliance or issues with the candidate and/or client.
  • Create, update and maintain all associated records so that all information is current and accurate in accordance with the companys standard business process and user manuals.
  • Undertaking project work and reasonable additional duties as requested by the Team Manager.
