ResourcerThis successful, lovely and friendly company based in the heart of London - Goodge street/Oxford circus station, are looking for a Resourcer to join the team. You MUST have experience working in recruitment or come from a sales or similar background althoughthere is no sales involved in this role. You will work alongside your delightful Manager and the role of Resourcer includes: speaking to and interviewing/registering candidates, following up on references, create and post adverts for jobs on, attend job briefings,sourcing, prepare CVs to be specced out, create mailshots, schedule interviews/send out confirmations, project assistance, data inputting and more. As a Resourcer you need to be organised, helpful and friendly. You will be expected to work 3 days in the office(4 days to start whilst training) and the hours are 9-5.
