Resource Planning Analyst (Ref: 2324)Greater London (12 Month FTC)£35,000 - £39,000 + Benefits**** THIS ROLE IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT ****The CompanyPact are delighted to be supporting an organisation that touches and makes a difference to thousands of peoples lives every day across the UK, that is looking for an experienced Resource Planner to come on board and deliver fantastic planning capability across this newly created team.The RoleThe Resource Planner will be responsible for delivering scheduling and forecasting capability across both front and back office environments within inbound and outbound contact channels.You will be responsible for planning in both WFM and Excel and work with stakeholders to deliver best in class planning across the contact centre operation.Key Responsibilities- Create effective resource planning models for forecasting, scheduling and workload allocation to meet service level.- Work with outbound team to support and analyse performance and drive results through effective forecasting and resource allocation.- Production of management information reports, providing analysis insight and understanding into the wider operational performance.- Work with all relevant stakeholders providing a seamless scheduling and reporting process.About You- Experience of resource planning within a contact centre environment including expert level scheduling and forecasting.- Experience of planning within both front and back office environments across inbound and outbound.
