Job Description

Great Resource & traffic management opportunity for an award winning busy and entrepreneurial independent London Creative Studio.Working with a lovely & talented bunch with a great company ethos and values, you will build relationships with everyone in the studio to be able to cast them on the right projects at the right time.Great benefits in a relaxed office environment and flexible approach to hybrid working.

  • Hybrid working, 1-2 days in the London office
  • Up to £45k+ benefits
  • Permanent role
The role:
  • Host regular resource meetings or stand ups’ to efficiently schedule the teams on the relevant client projects
  • Work with project management to make sure all projects are on track (in budget and deadline)
  • Resource across various departments including creative, design, motion design & tech
  • Ensure each project has enough resource assigned to it
  • Sourcing, hiring & onboarding freelance talent
  • Building out a talent pool of freelance talent
  • Flag any freelance overspend
  • Keep the resource tool up to date and utilised efficiently
  • Work with the finance department to keep track of freelancer spend and produce weekly reports
  • Problem solving, managing work around holiday and sickness
  • Escalate resource issues to senior management when needed
The person:
  • Experience in a similar role in a creative environment
  • Happy to be hands on with administration tasks
  • A black book of freelance talent and enjoys the recruitment side of the role
  • Experience using resource tools
  • Enjoys a busy environment and able to work at pace
  • A great communicator
