Job Description

Job: Sales ConsultantLocation: Ealing, West LondonSalary: Basic from £16,000 - £20,000 per annum depending on experience, PLUS uncapped commission scheme, PLUS Company CarWorking pattern: 5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 9:00am to 4:00pm.Townends Estate Agents have been your local property experts, serving our community for over 25 years, with prime high street presence covering West, South West and South London. We are experts at matching people with property and assist our customers with residential sales and lettings, new homes as well as additional property services including surveying, conveyancing and property maintenance.Townends Estate Agents are part of Nick Dunning Associates which includes other estate agency brands such as Stirling Ackroyd, as well as other property services including surveying, maintenance and financial services. With a continued acquisition plan and organic growth, Nick Dunning Associates continues to expand as we aim to be one of the largest, market leading estate agency businesses within the South East, and we are pleased to confirm that our network is open and operating services in line with the government COVID Secure guidelines.Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Sales Consultant to join our exciting Ealing branch. RequirementsAs a Sales Consultant, your main responsibilities will be to;

  • Negotiate the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets and to generate market appraisals
  • Generate a targeted number of viewings per week
  • Convert viewings to offers
  • Negotiate offers to complete the deals
  • The ideal candidate would have/ be;
  • Proven working experience as a Residential Sales Consultant would be preferable
  • An understanding of the residential sales sector, including the local market, key legislation influencing the industry and marketing and sales strategies would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
  • Tenacius and resilient with a drive to succeed
  • Pleasant and trustworthy manner
  • MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
  • Confident driver with a full UK Driving licence
