Job Description

This leading law firm specializing in real estate law, are seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor to join their dynamic team based in London.With a reputation for excellence and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service, they offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where professionals can thrive and grow.As a Residential Property Solicitor you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and assistance to clients in matters relating to residential property transactions. From sales and purchases to leases and mortgages, you will guide clients throughevery stage of the process with professionalism, integrity, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters from inception to completion.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties and review legal documents.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to the needs of individual clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle any disputes or issues that may arise during transactions.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential property law.
  • Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proven track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
