Residential Educational Support Centre Manager - Youth Education - London - competitive salary(dependent on experience)We are looking for an experienced ResidentialInclusion,Practice, Centre or Clinical Programme Manager to undertake a pioneering project with a successful educational organisation based in West London.Our client provides a bespoke educational service at their specialised one-to-one school in London, which is focused on educational transitions and onward placements, working with students whose education has been disrupted.With extensive experience helping young people with learning difficulties, and students encountering other issues in their academic lives, our client provides the support needed to inspire a love of learning and guide children through the most complex of educational issues.The pioneering project is to establish a 16-bed residential facility that will enable children between the ages of 10-18 to stay for a short duration during a period of transition.We are looking for someone who has demonstrable experience managing a similar youth care / educational residential facility, who is hands-on, proactive, empathetic, flexible and focused.A clear understanding of CQC and/or Ofsted would be required together with experience of setting up and managing the required safeguarding, compliance and provisions processes.You will be hands-on in establishing policies and processes, adhering to regulatory standards and systems.Working closely with the Chairman and MD, your specialist youth education / SEND / Care knowledge and experience will be invaluable to ensure best practice and compliance and you will be a key component to long-term expansion plans.What we’re looking for:
