Job Description

RESEARCH MANAGER (Social/Political research)UP TO £65,000OLD STREET - LONDON Im WORKING a rapidly growing start-up that focuses on quantitative research projects, using its in-house program to conduct research and deliver insights to key clients. Theyre looking to build out their social and political research teams with a seniorcandidate to help manage and grow the function over the course of the year. After a recent round of funding and massive client wins its a exciting time to join the business!THE ROLE:The |Research Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • Conduct and deliver quantitative research projects
  • Work closely with leadership to develop new business strategy
  • Play a key part in winning and building out new business
  • Support in the hiring of the team
  • Manage and mentor junior members of the team
  • Design and script surveys
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal Research Manager will have:
  • Experience in the quantitative mark research industry
  • Knowledge of the research project life cycle from start to finish, including delivering insights
  • A background in social/political research is desirable byt not essential!
  • The ability to design and script surveys
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • Management experience
  • Knowledge of R and Python are desirable but not essential
  • A strong academic background
