About our clientOur client, a top-tier global hedge fund, is expanding its exceptional London-based team. Employing a multi-strategy investment approach, the firm seeks seasoned investment professionals specialising in their various strategies. With a demonstrated abilityto generate alpha, youll join a dynamic, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team environment. What the job involves

  • Identify and execute investment opportunities, conducting thorough market research and analysis, managing risk exposures, and contributing to the overall success of the firms investment strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various functions, including research, trading, risk management, and operations, to achieve the funds investment objectives and foster a culture of innovation and excellence
  • Develop and implement investment strategies tailored to the funds objectives, risk tolerance, and market conditions
Who we are looking for
  • Bachelor, Masters or PHD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or Economics related field
  • Previous experience in investment banking, asset management, or related fields is required, with specific experience in trading, research, or portfolio management highly valued
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills are essential for analysing financial data, evaluating investment opportunities, and managing portfolio risk
