Reporting Accountant 6 month contract role where the successful candidate can start working immediately and remotely.Client DetailsMy client is a global well renowned media agency with excellent growth potential.DescriptionA few of the key responsiblities for this Reporting Accountant role are:Prepare and review of Month End Folders and ensure these are prepared on a timely basis;* Work with the Reporting Manager to provide training to colleagues, to develop good resourcesfor new team members and ensure effective cover for holidays, sickness etc.* Posting Journals;* Prepare and posting of non-judgmental Journals;* Fixed Asset (FA) Ledger ownership and maintenance;* Run and analyze Open PO report and send to agency;* Prepare and post PO provision;* Opening and closing of ledgers;* Review and approve bank reconciliations;* Prepare Aged debtors analysis (MADA) for agency approval;* Prepare Aged WIP analysis (WIP reconciliation) for agency approval;* Run and post AP/AR revaluations;* Run Maconomy Audit reports;* Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations and input into ADRA reconciliation tool;* Intercompany - load data to Cartesis and perform 2-way/3-way reconciliations;ProfileThe successful candidate will be immediately available or on a one weeks notice, have month end or management accounting experience and ideally be studying/ part-qualified, and happy to take on a 6 month contract.Job OfferThe successful candidate will take on a varied Accountant role for a large international business, and potentially secure a long term role with progression.
