Job Description

A well established International Removals Company are looking to add an Internal removals sales professional to their expanding London based sales team.This is an exciting new opportunity for a new business development professional with removals experience looking to make that next career move.JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Handle International Removals enquires and convert to sale opportunities.
  • Sales estimation via telephone, email and conducting video surveys or booking video/physical surveys with our in-house surveyor.
  • Upselling other company services such as insurance and storage.
  • Build rapport with new, existing clients and partners in order to determine rates and generate business.
  • Covering for colleagues, i.e. move coordination tasks such as booking jobs with operations/partners, handling trade enquiries.
    • RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Compile accurate and detailed removal survey reports to allow complete costing and service evaluation by staff .
  • Present relevant information and documents/packs to shipper at time of removal survey as required
  • Knowledgeable in customs procedures, allowances and removals packing requirements.
  • Report on removal survey findings and any information relative to moves immediately
  • Represent the company and its agencies in a positive and professional manner.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
