Job Description

An expanding international software provider for iGaming and betting industry players, already operating across over 50 countries in several regions is searching for a Client Account Manager to develop and implement strategic initiatives, maintain efficiencies within acquisition and retention channels, as well as support and develop its over 30 000 retail locations and hundreds of online projects.Selling to international portfolio of niche clients in iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino, Bingo and Social Gaming industries the successful candidate will work to ensure a dominant presence in relevant markets for all product lines: retail platforms, omnichannel system, white-label solutions, and API.As a Sales/Key Account Representative, you will:

  • Driveandgrowdirectb2bsalesfortheonlineproductsofthecompany.
  • Manage both in-and outbound sales process with potential and existing customers.
  • Actively engage with leads and customers, providing product information, informing them of the product information and details, making demos, and ensuring closure of the sale and launch of the deal.
  • Achieve growth and hit salestargets.
  • Search for new leads and convert inbound opportunities into sales.
  • Ensureconstantcommunicationandfollowupwithpotentialleadsand activecustomers.
  • Develop new opportunities for business through existing clients.
  • Buildastrongrelationshipwithlaunchedclientsandhelpthemthroughthe usage of ourproducts.
  • Grow channel sales and recruit new channel partners. Ensure a solid commercial foundation for each deal.
  • Provideextensiveexpertiseandinformationabouttheproductstothe clientsthroughProductdemonstration,analytics,andpresentations.
  • Coordinatelaunchwiththetechnicalteamandensureafastandsmooth start of theclient.
  • Together with the Finance team, ensure timely payments from the clients.
  • RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have 2-3 years experience as a sales representative or sales manager for software or IT company.Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written Strong ability to drive the sales process from start to close Strong "hands-on" mentality.Self-motivated and target drivenExcellentselling,communicationandnegotiationskills Prioritizing,timemanagementandorganizationalskills Excellent knowledge of MSOfficeFamiliaritywithCRMpracticesalongwiththeabilitytobuildproductive business professionalrelationshipsGaming/Gambling Know-How is a plus but not a must.Seniority LevelManagerIndustryGambling & CasinosInformation Technology & Services Internet Required skills
