Senior Product Manager (D2C) - £85,000 - Remote - Force for good, series investment, remote first business, flexible working, 5% bonus scheme, equity options, 25 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!*Note: Ideally, you will speak a fluent language other than English to apply for this role - otherwise, strong D2C experience is welcome!As the Senior Product Manager for their D2C products, you will be a courageous and passionate professional ready to take ownership of your specific roadmap and backlogs for your product area. You will be community-led and thrive by giving your customersthe best service and excelling their expectations. You will work within a team of 6 (made up of other Product-focussed people and Designers) - however, this area will be yours to manage in its entirety therefore meaning that you will get lots of autonomy andopportunity to make an impact within a business who have just come off the back of a series funding round - things are about to get exciting!The RoleYou will create and build complete end-to-end customer experiences that deliver on product metrics - set in line with the business. Being 1 of 3 within the product team, you will get to impact the overall product strategy and delivery within the business.Your voice will be pivotal as they look to continue to grow - and what they want is innovative professionals to grow with them!On a day to day basis, you will work on the D2C offering and experience - right through from discovery through to delivery. You will always keep in mind their customers - thinking about how you could improve their experience and keeping close to the customersin this space whilst collaborating with the engineering, sales, marketing and design teams to assess priorities and ensure that this is happening. You will get underneath the skin of the business - learning about the business ethos, brand and their productsto ensure that your ideas are collectively making the business mission a reality! You will be successful by balancing business growth and customer satisfaction, maintaining strong internal stakeholder relationships to conceptualise and build world-class productsand developing an exceptional grasp of the ecosystem and the needs of their customers.You will work cohesively and collaboratively within teams including running sessions right through from kick-off to post launch and tackling challenges head on including workloads. You will navigate complex situations with both internal and external stakeholdersensuring that you are delivering value to the customer base. Your discovery phases will include both quantitative and qualitative methods.
