Job Description

A highly organised remote part time PA required to support a chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Practice. There will be travel to the Windsor office required fortnightly.The Remote PA will be required to complete a variety of tasks, including: Administrative support such as:

  • Maintaining various schedules, arranging appointments, site visits and meetings
  • Manging email inboxes and calls
  • Distribute documents, reports and project updates
  • Maintain office supplies and specific construction equipment or materials
  • Liaise with Vendors and Suppliers
  • Maintain databases and records (contracts, permits, H&S regulations)
PA support such as:
  • Liaison between directors, construction teams, subcontractors, ensuring seamless communication
  • Assist in preparing presentations
  • Assist with reports
  • Facilitate project progress and resolve any issues
Project Support such as:
  • Admin support
  • Tracking project timelines
  • Budgeting
  • Coordinating project meetings, site visits and inspections
  • Maintain accurate project files / document control
  • Assist in preparation of bids and proposals
To be successful you must be:
  • Highly organised
  • Intricate attention to detail
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Previous experience within the construction industry
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
