Job Title: Relationship Manager - Real Estate - Challenger BankLocation: LondonSalary: Competitive plus strong benefits About the RoleOur client is a fully independent Challenger Bank with established track record, proposition, footprint & lending book. Due to continued growth they have a brand-new role for an experienced Relationship Manager with a background in Real Estate, to managea portfolio of existing clients.As the Relationship Manager - Real Estate you will build long lasting relationships with your clients, to manage existing debt & identify & execute future opportunities within the portfolio. You will have experience of Commercial & ResidentialInvestment & some experience of Healthcare would also be beneficial.Responsibilities of the Relationship Manager - Real Estate

  • Providing excellent service to Clients, putting them at the heart of what you do, adding value at every interaction and becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Promoting the bank with professionals and key influencers through your knowledge of the local market
  • Handling the risk and compliance of your client portfolio
As the Relationship Manager - Real Estate your responsibilities and duties will include:
  • Relationship Management and credit stewardship of customer portfolio
  • Drive pipeline activity and conversion to grow the lending streams
About YouEssential Skills and Competencies of the Relationship Manager - Real Estate role:
  • Experience in a similar role as a senior RM focused on Commercial Real Estate with debt £1-10m
  • Strong appreciation for key account management / portfolio development
  • Proven credit and deal structuring skills- able to write concise and well-reasoned applications and prudently control lending book
Desirable Skills & Competencies of the Healthcare Relationship Director role:
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds
  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships both internally and externally through investing time in understanding our business
  • Project management experience
  • ACIB Qualified
