Job Description

Eames are currently working with a leading specialty insurer looking to hire a Reinsurance Performance Manager to their team in London. This position will work alongside key stakeholders to develop, execute and report on reinsurance purchasing.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist with structuring and pricing of reinsurance contracts and influence purchasing decisions
  • Develop reporting requirements to improve/build reinsurance performance reporting suite
  • Assist various areas of the business with scenario analyses to help estimate net positions, ensuring net loss estimates are consistent with contract wordings
  • Produce reinsurance purchasing and strategy reports for the Executive and the Board
    • A high level of competency with excel is essential and experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools preferred. This position is open to candidates from a variety of backgrounds including reinsurance purchasing, reinsurance operations or underwriting performance/strategy. Required skills
