Regulatory Compliance Specialist - London, 12 month FTC, up to £62k/annumMy Client, worlds best known leader in technology sector (Big 4 Tech), is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist!The area: EU Business Governance & Compliance, Payments ComplianceThe ideal candidate will have experience in financial services regulation and regulatory compliance under UK payment service directives (e.g., PSD2 and electronic money regulations). The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Compliance professional, with experience in money laundering regulations and customer complaint handling. A legal/paralegal background is preferred, but experience in regulatory compliance is essential.Responsibilities:* Reviewing standard compliance policies and procedures, and modification of those as necessary to ensure compliance with new requirements* Assisting in AML procedures, including customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence* Assisting in customer complaint procedures* Assisting in internal and external reporting procedures* Assisting in development and maintenance of accurate and management information (MI) that allows the management team to make informed decisions and contribute to the Compliance framework* Provide effective support to the overall regulatory compliance function on BAU & project tasks as they arisePreferred Qualifications & Skills:* Minimum of 5 years experience in regulatory compliance with a deep understanding of UK regulatory regime as it applies to electronic money institutionsIf you have above experience and expertise - apply ASAP as this opportunity might be perfect for you!
