Job Description

Role :Regulated Loan Servicing ManagerLondon City, Fully Office-Based.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan.Opportunities for career advancement and professional growth within a dynamic and supportive work environment.The role of the Servicing Manager will be responsible for a loan portfolio of in excess of £300m over circa 800 loans. The role is expected to develop the processes and procedures across the loan servicing department and grow the department.About Us :A leading property finance lender, specializing in bridging loans and auction finance. Reputation in the market excels for delivering fit-for-purposeshort-term loans at speed, and our approach to lending is consistently recognized within the financial services industry.About the Role :The Servicing Manager is responsible for onboarding new regulated loans, issuing statements of account to borrowers and investors, aiding borrowers towards redemption including the assessment of new facilities and loan extensions, as well as default managementin a regulated environment and litigation.

  • Onboarding New Loans ensuring all relevant information has been gathered during underwriting and that the borrower(s) are welcomed and understand who and how to access support and information.
  • Ensuring any post-completion requirements of a loan are put in place by borrowers and taking the appropriate action where this cannot be established.
  • Ensuring all charges are registered by HMLR and taking the appropriate action where this has not been enacted by a borrower’s legal representatives.
  • Producing statements of account for borrowers, and investors, including monthly when a loan goes past the contractual term.
  • Following and developing a contact strategy to ensure all borrowers have the right support when a loan approaches the end of term to aid successful redemption.
