Regional Sales Manager - KBB HardwareJob Title: Regional Sales Manager - KBB HardwareIndustry Sector: KBB, Kitchen Products, Bathroom Products, Kitchen Manufacturers, Bedroom Manufacturers, Manufacturers, OEM’s, Kitchen Components, Cabinet Connectors, Bedroom Components, Soft Close Hinges, Construction, Drawers, Dampers, Bedroom, Distributors, ManufacturersAreas to be covered: a) South of Englandb) North of EnglandRemuneration: £32,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + £10,000 - £20,000 commission (uncapped)Benefits: BMW / Audi / Mercedes & comprehensive benefits packageThe role of the Regional Sales Manager - KBB Hardware will involve:

  • Field sales position selling a high end range of components such as cabinet connectors, soft close hinges, dampers and drawers
  • Majority of your time will be spent selling direct to small and large end users / bedroom and bathroom manufacturers
  • Within the end users you will target senior production directors and senior board equivalents
  • The remaining smaller element of the role will be spend selling to regional distributors such as bedrooms retailers, bathroom retailers, bathroom showrooms, bedrooms showrooms and other distributors
  • Managing over values ranging from £5k-£20k depending on size and scope
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business with some time spent re-establishing previous relationships
  • Depending on location will distinguish the territory you will cover
    • The ideal applicant will be a Regional Sales Manager - KBB Hardware with:
  • Must have a demonstrable record in field sales within the KBB industry ideally selling KBB hardware products (would consider architectural ironmongery or other related KBB products with the right route to market)
  • Must have sold to bedroom manufactures and bathroom manufacturers
  • Ideally have sold to bedrooms retailers, bathroom retailers, bathroom showrooms, bedrooms showrooms and other distributors
  • A professional approach who will look to build long-term relationships that will generate profit for the business
  • Hunger to generate new business and grow the company
  • Someone who is looking to enhance and build a career
