Due to this growth and unique service offering, our client is seeking to recruit Customer Regional Relationship Manager to continue to build on the wealth of experience and expertise the company holds, delivery requirements across service contracts for both reactive and planned maintenance, major and minor construction projects as well as construction related professional services. The aim of the consultancy is it help public sector organisations throughout the UK, by providing compliant EU framework agreements, Dynamic Purchasing Systems and tailored consultancy services.The Customer Regional Relationship Manager will undergo extensive training to learn the companys unique culture, service offering, customer testimonials and framework partnerships that bring true value to their commercial procurement functions.If youre a commercial procurement professional who prides themselves on service delivery, stakeholder engagement and have an advisory approach, this role will suit you!If youre driven, out-going and innovative this role will suit you!The Customer Regional Relationship Manager will work closely with the senior management team, to drive value throughout their consultation with its clients. This position is high profile and really requires an individual with excellent communication skills, good commercial acumen and the ability to develop relationships at all levels, acting as a pivotal linchpin between suppliers, framework and consultancy.Duties include:*Develop strong business relationships with all customers and suppliers.*Consult and advise customers on the use of RFQs, NEC, JCT, Frameworks and Mini-competitions, sub OJEU and OJEU tenders, DPS, e-Auctions, PQQs/ITTs and Contract Management*Present and indicate benefits of the companies frameworks and e-Procurement solutions (enhanced audit and transparency, increased visibility, reduced risk etc.) to potential customers.*Consult with customers to find the best, cost-effective way that meets their needs.*Train customers on how to use the framework and e-Procurement systems. *Support, assist and provide advisory services during "Managed Tenders" (running procurement exercises on behalf of other Contracting Authorities) and communicating with external stakeholders to fully understand their requirements for the tender.*Assist with topical procurement seminars covering The Public Contracts Regulations and what this means to suppliers and helping to understand an OJEU Contract Notice*Be responsible for the delivery of services*Represent the business at national, regional and local levels across the sector and in other relevant forums, continually monitoring, planning and responding to the changing operating environment.*Promote an organisation wide culture of providing value through effective procurement and management services.Skills / Experience Required*Ideally have extensive knowledge of EU Legislation and procurement procedures *Previous procurement, commercial management experience within construction and related professional services. *Have JCT NEC knowledge.*Have a passion for customer relationship management.*Ideally have experience of working with aspects of e-business, e-procurement is preferred.*Must be willing to travel as required.*Procurement Project Management skills including stakeholder and supplier relationship management experience.*Advanced MS Office*Logical, data driven and analytical*Exceptional level of communicationWhats on offer: £50,000 - £58,000Car Allowance Pension HolidayHomebased role with requirements to visit customers across the South of England and travel to the companies head office.If you want to discuss this position in more detail, please contact Carl Walker at Elevation Recruitment Group.Elevation Recruitment Groups Procurement and Supply Chain division work with a vast range of businesses across Yorkshire and Humberside, Lincolnshire and East Midlands regions.
