Job Description

Location: Central London Permanent and 37.5 hours per weekSalary£45,000-£50,000 depending on experience and size of practice + Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)About the RoleAre you passionate about working in healthcare and ready to advance your career and work in a thriving and supportive workplaceHCA Healthcare UK has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Practice Manager to join our dynamic team.As Regional Practice Manager, you will oversee all day to day business operations of the Consultants Practices. This includes implementing and managing efficient patient throughput processes, managing staff, and working with the consultants to make surethat all resources are available for appropriate patient care.This Regional Practice Manager role is best suited to an experienced Practice Manager who has significant experience in managing a team and a large practice.Skills Needed

  • Previous Practice Managerial, ideally private
  • Significant understanding of Medical terminology
  • Strong leadership and organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, accurate typing and letter proof reading skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of DGL, DICT8 and CWS would be an advantage
