Recruitment Director within James Caan CBEs portfolio, Recruitment EntrepreneurLocation: UK National, Work from home and/or office-based optionThis is a unique leadership opportunity for an experienced and ambitious professional to be supported to start up their own recruitment business and to lead your wealth creation event, by the global investor in recruitment start-ups, Recruitment Entrepreneur,founded and backed by Chairman James Caan CBE.The Recruitment Entrepreneur group currently comprises of 45+ portfolio businesses at different stages of growth.   • More than 5 years recruitment management experience
  • A long-standing record of high billing and repeat business
  • Demonstrable success and progression in your career
  • Experience in leading and growing a recruitment team
  • In-depth knowledge of a niche’ within the recruitment industry
  • Commercially minded, with strong business acumen and management skills and keen to further develop your business leadership capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Drive and passionate to be the best leader you can be
  • Demonstrable management experience with a team-player’ approach
  • Naturally able to maintain a high level of personal accountability, integrity and authenticity
