This role goes beyond the typical 9-5, requiring dedication to long hours, navigating daily challenges, and persevering through rejections.- Ideally, youve excelled in competitive sports or demonstrated extracurricular engagement throughout your studies or previous work experiences.- Resilience, determination, competitiveness, and ambition are key traits were looking for.- Effective communication skills are vital. Youll need to establish and nurture solid relationships with clients and candidates, both over the phone and in person.- A sociable and positive personality is important.
