I am looking for an experienced recruiter to join our Insurance team to focus across the Compliance and Risk space. • You must be a 360 recruiter with proven experience with both candidates and clients
• Ideally you would have experience within the insurance space with and existing understanding of our markets however, if you are looking to change market/become a specialist then we would still consider your profile.
• Youre hungry to learn and have a restless desire to develop your knowledge and specialism
• You anticipate change and embrace it, always striving for continuous improvement
• You champion others to bring out the best in everyone - youll help shape our culture

Join a high-performance team

• Phenomenal footprint in Insurance; we are the go-to market supplier for Broking, Claims, Compliance, Operations and Underwriting as well as Actuarial
• Commitment to not overcrowding teams; we much prefer a handful of people do really well as opposed to multiple people performing averagely
• Track record of developing ACs into MCs, Consultants into Associate Directors and bringing billing up to £400,000+
• Large number of Principle level recruiters to learn from as well as two billing Directors who are widely known in the market.
