Our ClientOur client is a well established and highly supportive Recruitment Consultancy with a very exciting opportunity for an experienced and talented Construction/Property Recruitment Consultant to really make their mark and further develop an already established desk, in addition to the repeat business they receive from core clients.Key ResponsibilitiesTo further develop the existing property and construction client base through excellent account management skillsTo attend and keep up to date with industry trends and conferences, events etc and making sure you are taking advantage of all the networking opportunities at your disposal within this niche sector.To manage and develop excellent relationships with white collar executive candidatesThe Ideal CandidateOur client is looking for someone who will take ownership of their desk and have the drive and determination to continue building the desk and division without needing to be micromanaged.A highly motivated, hard working and well organised individual with excellent time management and communication skills.Minimum 18 months experience as a contracts recruitment consultant working with Quantity Surveyors, Site Managers and other senior execs from middle management to board levels.Whats on offerThere is not doubt that our client covers the very best in benefits:
