5-RecCon/FASDRecruitment Consultant£20 - 25K depending on experience + OTECity of LondonThis is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious, self-motivated and tenacious individual to join a start-up recruitment agency as a Recruitment Consultant.Intitially starting in the role as a candidate resourcer, this role will allow the individual to build up their expertise within the field before moving into a 360 degree Recruitment Consultant position - building up a client desk from scratch by undertaking BD / CRM to build and maintain a client base and placing candidates in active roles.Salary is between £20K - £25K depending on experience and the role comes with excellent benefits, including a highly competitive commission scheme with huge potential earnings and other benefits such as company incentives, lunch clubs and top biller prizes.A number of vacancies are currently available with a range of experience required.
