Job Description

Located in London, our client is a reputable recruitment consultancy firm dedicated to matching talented individuals with rewarding career opportunities. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualifiedcandidates within various industries.Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills and qualifications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
